Return Policy

  • All watches purchased from WITHTIMEJP.COM are inspected for flaws and other appearance and operation before shipping.
  • Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged or non-working watch or an incorrect order.
  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • We will cover the cost of air shipping only within this time frame.
  • Watches and other accessories must be returned with the original box.
  • Boxes must not be damaged, altered, or used as an external parcel for shipping.
  • Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and other accessories (tools, spare straps, etc.) received with the order.
  • Items must not be worn, altered, or strapped in any way and must not show any signs of use.
  • The strap must be in perfect condition and must not bear any marks.
  • Do not remove the plastic cover from the watch, bracelet, buckle, tag, or any other item until you are certain you want to keep the watch.
  • Shipping and duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid, compensated or refunded.
  • Any difference in the refunded amount due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges will not be refunded.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • WITHTIMEJP.COM will not accept any returns that do not comply with the terms of our Return Policy
  • When returning merchandise for a refund, WITHTIMEJP.COM is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees incurred by the customer.
  • Watches that have been worn, band adjusted, or altered
  • Watches with scratches or other signs of use
  • Watches returned for reasons attributable to the customer
  • Alignment problems such as misalignment of hands, indexes, or bezel
  • Water resistance problems such as fogging inside the watch
  • Complaints about watch accuracy within the tolerance of the watch manufacturer
  • Radio-controlled clock or GPS clock synchronization function not working in your area of use
  • Uneven luminescence of luminescent paint such as Lumibrite or uneven top surface
  • Changes in the manufacturer's specifications
  • Matters related to the charging of solar-powered watches
  • The color of the watch is different from the picture layer (it looks different depending on your monitor)
  • Bracelet cannot be adjusted by yourself
  • Uneven rubber or rubber products on the exterior
  • Alignment of G-Shock
  • Running out of battery (the battery built into the watch is a monitor battery, the cost of the battery is not included in the price of the watch)

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for sale items.
  • Watches that have had the original packaging removed, have had the bracelet sized, or have been worn are not eligible for return.
  • Cancellation after payment is not allowed.

Notes

  • The customs duty and VAT of your country is not included.
  • Please inquire your tariff of the customhouse.
  • Invoice value and amount of insurance are the same prices.
  • The shipping address must be the same as the credit card/PAYPAL address.
  • Shipping costs for repair
  • If you wish to return your watch for repair, even within the warranty period, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

If you send your watch to us, we will have it repaired at a service center of the respective Japanese manufacturer. Please provide us with the model number, description of the issue, and the country of return, and we will provide you with a quote for the repair and return shipping costs.

Disputes

Any disputes related to products and services purchased on WITHTIMEJP.COM, The Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive first instance.
