The G-SHOCK "Frogman" series is a radio-controlled solar-powered model with ISO-standard 200m submersible waterproofing to support underwater missions.

While equipped with ISO-standard 200m submersible waterproofing, it receives standard radio waves from six stations around the world. It is also equipped with log data memory, tide graph, and moon data functions.

The stopwatch control buttons have been enlarged to ensure reliable operation even underwater.

Fully-automatic EL backlighting allows the LCD to emit a brilliant light simply by tilting the wrist while diving.

The protection cover, band, and bezel are secured with screws from the side to improve shock resistance, and the band is designed to be comfortable to wear by eliminating uneven shapes.

Machined stainless steel is used for the front screws on the top of the bezel, and machined high-brightness aluminum is used for the edges of the circular display on the dial.

The screw-back metal case is DLC treated and finished with a mirror finish.
